## Card Program's Response to Authorization Challenge

### Event Token
- **UUID** (required): Globally unique identifier for the authorization event that triggered the challenge.

### Response
- **String** (enum, required): Whether the cardholder has approved or declined the issued challenge.
- Allowed values: `APPROVE`, `DECLINE`

### HTTP Status Codes
- `200`: Challenge response recorded
- `400`: Invalid request (e.g. challenge method does not support this endpoint)
- `404`: Challenge not found
- `409`: Challenge has already been completed
- `410`: Challenge has expired
- `500`: Lithic Error
