## Patch Response
- **Token**: `uuid` - Globally unique identifier for the account holder.
- **Account Token**: `uuid` - Globally unique identifier for the account.
- **Business Account Token**: `uuid | null` - Applicable for customers using the KYC-Exempt workflow to enroll authorized users of businesses.
- **Created**: `date-time` - Timestamp of when the account holder was created.
- **Exemption Type**: `string` - The type of KYC exemption for a KYC-Exempt Account Holder. `null` if not KYC-Exempt.
  - Values: `AUTHORIZED_USER`, `PREPAID_CARD_USER`
- **External ID**: `string` - Customer-provided token that indicates a relationship with an object outside of the Lithic ecosystem.
- **User Type**: `string` - The type of Account Holder. 
  - Values: `BUSINESS`, `INDIVIDUAL`

## Verification Application
- **Object**: Information about the most recent identity verification attempt
  - **Created**: `date-time` - Timestamp of when the application was created.
  - **Status**: `string` - KYC and KYB evaluation states.
    - Note: `PENDING_RESUBMIT` and `PENDING_DOCUMENT` are only applicable for the `ADVANCED` workflow.
  - **Status Reasons**: `array of objects` - Reasons for the evaluation status.

## Status Reasons
- Enumerated values:
  - `ADDRESS_VERIFICATION_FAILURE`
  - `AGE_THRESHOLD_FAILURE`
  - `COMPLETE_VERIFICATION_FAILURE`
  - ... (other reasons)

- **Updated**: `date-time` - Timestamp of when the application was last updated.
- **KYC Passed At**: `date-time` - Timestamp of when the application passed the verification process, only present if `status` is `ACCEPTED`.

## Individual Information (User Type: INDIVIDUAL)
- **Address**: Individual's current address - Only USA addresses are currently supported.
- **DOB**: `string` - Individual's date of birth, as an RFC 3339 date.
- **Email**: `string` - Individual's email address, may be used for chargeback processing.
- **First Name**: `string` - As it appears on government-issued identity documents.
- **Last Name**: `string` - As it appears on government-issued identity documents.
- **Phone Number**: `string` - Entered in E.164 format.

## Business Entity (User Type: BUSINESS)
- **Address**: Business's physical address - Only USA addresses are currently supported.
- **DBA Business Name**: `string` - Name that the business operates under.
- **Government ID**: `string` - Government-issued identification number.
- **Legal Business Name**: `string` - Legal (formal) business name.
- **Parent Company**: `string | null` - Parent company name, if applicable.
- **Phone Numbers**: `array of strings` - One or more of the business's phone numbers, in E.164 format.

## Beneficial Owner Individuals (User Type: BUSINESS)
- **Array of Objects**: Must submit a list of all individuals with 25% or more ownership in the company.

## Control Person (User Type: BUSINESS)
- **Address**: Control person's current address.
- **DOB**: `string` - Individual's date of birth.
- **Email**: `string` - Control person's email address.
- **First Name**: `string`
- **Last Name**: `string`
- **Phone Number**: `string`

## NAICS Code
- **String** - 6-digit North American Industry Classification System code for the business.

## Nature of Business
- **String** - User-submitted description of the business.

## Website URL
- **String** - Business's primary website.

## Status Information
- **Status**: `string` - KYC and KYB evaluation states.
- **Status Reasons**: `array of objects` - Reason for the evaluation status.

- **Array of Objects** - List of documents required for the account holder to be approved.
