### Statuses

- **IN_REVIEW**: int64 - Number of cases in the queue with status `IN_REVIEW`
- **ESCALATED**: int64 - Number of cases in the queue with status `ESCALATED`
- **RESOLVED**: int64 - Number of cases in the queue with status `RESOLVED`
- **CLOSED**: int64 - Number of cases in the queue with status `CLOSED`
